Set on earth in a sort of alternate future wherein there exists a new type of human called Burnish, the story explores tropes of segregation, dehumanization, and what makes a hero. On the other hand, though, the story itself was very simple, in that it ends in the normal way of a hero saving the world, as well as all their friends. Though it is a decidedly very simple movie, the effects and colors are vibrant and the animation is exquisite and should serve to be a very fun watch if you are into giant mech fights, screaming heroes, and simple but fun plots.
