Hello readers!

The summer is upon us and we hope you are keeping cool with this Midwestern heat. Today is an exciting day because we are releasing our Spring 2013 fiction issue on our website. It is a great issue, covering a wide variety of stories and we hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed putting it together. This issue was also special because we were able to feature several Coe students in a special flash fiction section; you definitely won’t want to miss it. All stories will be posted at noon Central Time Zone but can also be found under our “Current Issue” tab.

This issue is dedicated to Terry Heller, a beloved Coe English professor who retired this year. We feature a special flash fiction piece by Terry and this is our way of thanking him for his countless hours as a professor. Terry, you will be missed.

We hope to write more posts this summer as The Coe Review team gears up for another issue. August will arrive soon enough and our readers will return to campus to start compiling our poetry issue.
